research had led us to conclude; “who we chose to build our pool would be by far the most important variable in determining the outcome of the project and our level of satisfaction”. All other variables are debatable; fiberglass pools have advantages over concrete, and visa versa; traditional, salt and eco water treatment systems all have their advantages and disadvantages. But, no matter what material, product, or equipment you chose for the project, the pool builder you chose is the most critical decision of the entire process. Long story short; after receiving bids from 4 other pool builders, researching the better business bureau, and checking the county clerk of the courts website for legal issues, we decided on Aqua Glass Pools and Joe Simpson as our builder. We could not be more pleased…Joe delivered everything he promised, on time and within the contracted price. We have no reservations about recommending Joe Simpson and Aqua Glass to anyone considering a pool project.

Our pool was extremely difficult since we had little area for space needed to maneuver and set the pool. He and his crew worked diligently, putting their expertise to work, to please us and all of our neighbors as well.

If you are looking to install a pool, Aqua-Glass Pools does everything from your basic pool to your custom designed dream backyard. I was looking for a turnkey, “one stop” experience from start to finish and owner Joe Simpson along with his experienced crew did not disappoint. Joe was in constant communication with me, calls were returned, email and questions answered patiently and thoroughly. The overall process from start to finish was really easy. Aqua-Glass Pools has competitive pricing and the quality of the equipment and materials is exceptional. The Aqua-Glass crew was reliable, courteous and professional. They took all the stress and worry of permitting, passing inspections and trying to find various workers to do sprinkler work, pavers, and installation of a screen enclosure out of my hands which was a huge relief. I found Joe Simpson and his entire staff at Aqua-Glass Pools to be knowledgeable and available to answer any questions about purchasing my new pool. They were courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. They were there when they said they would be, and called if there was a delay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new pool.
Aqua-Glass was also professional and organized. I signed the contract on a Monday, two Mondays later they set the pool shell. The electric was inspected that Tuesday, the concrete was poured on Thursday and I was swimming on Saturday. Two weeks later they installed the spray deck and they were finished. Construction time: 3 weeks! Good job Aqua-Glass pools!
PS. I also purchased the Eco-Smarte system from Aqua-Glass for the “Like swimming in Bottled Water” experience. No chlorine, no salt, nor other chemical sanitizers.
